ADAPT Level 1 – Assistant Coach Certification

The Level 1 (Assistant Coach) certification is the foundation of the entire ADAPT education programme. The course lasts 3 days, including 24 hours of guided learning. Candidates will participate in a variety of individual and group exercises, class discussions, demonstrations, and coaching scenarios. The course culminates with a written exam and practical coaching assessment.

An additional 10 hours (minimum) of supervised coaching with a Level 2 or higher ADAPT Coach must be satisfactorily completed within 12 months of the end of the course before the candidate receives the certification.

Implementing the spirit of parkour in training

PREREQUISITES

Must hold a valid and up-to-date First Aid certificate

Must be 16 years of age or over

Recommended 6 months mimum experience of regular parkour training

Certificate of Completion awarded at the end of the course or sent by mail 1-2 weeks after course completion to the address used for registration.
