The Movement Continuum CPD focuses on identifying the major movement progressions and regressions for parkour and practical movement training and how to identify and apply the appropriate progressions and regressions for an individual learner.
This one-day workshop serves a broader purpose to help us understand authentic human movement, and how movement is always part of a continuum. Identifying and understanding a continuum can assist us as coaches in assessing and analysing someone’s movement and thus how best to help them advance.
Many of our modern movement dysfunctions are a product of our isolated and incomplete approaches to movement provided by much of the fitness and sports industries, which are then imposed on our largely sedentary lifestyles.
You will learn:

This is a 6 hour course with a lunch break.
