The Coaches
Behind the
Coaches.
ADAPT Coach Educators are the tutors, assessors and internal verifiers who deliver, examine and quality-assure the world’s most rigorous parkour coaching certification. There are very few of them. Every one has earned the role.
Becoming an ADAPT Coach Educator requires years of practice, certification to Level 3, and a further formal qualification process. These are not honorary titles.
ADAPT Coach Educators — known as Tutors — are the senior figures of the ADAPT network. They are the people you encounter on a course: running assessments, observing your coaching, marking your written paper, and deciding whether you meet the standard.
Every Tutor has been through the full certification pathway themselves. They hold an ADAPT Level 3 certification as a minimum, and have then undertaken a further Tutor qualification specific to their role — whether that’s course delivery, formal assessment, or the internal verification that maintains quality across the entire qualification system.
This isn’t a role you apply for. It’s one you progress into through sustained excellence in practice, a demonstrable commitment to the discipline, and a process of assessment and verification that mirrors the rigour of the certifications they award.
Internal Verifier — the highest educator level. Responsible for the quality, consistency and integrity of ADAPT’s assessment processes across all certifications and all countries.
