Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your registration at a course, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund, dependent upon length of time to the event, according to the following terms. Note that we schedule travel and instructor time based on the number of registrations several months in advance, so we cannot offer full refunds if you must cancel.

For registrations that have ‘paid in full’ (early registration or regular registration), refunds are made, minus a £15 processing fee, according to the following schedule:

60 days or more until event: 100%

45-60 days 75%

30-45 days: 50%

15-29 days: 25%

two weeks or less until event: £0.

For registration deposits, no refunds are provided within 90 days of the event.

It is allowable for you to transfer your registration to somebody else, although it is your responsibility to identify the individual and make any financial arrangements directly with them.

If an event is cancelled by ADAPT for any reason, a free transfer to another course of your choice or a full refund (with no processing fee) shall be provided.

Refund requests (if applicable)

Once your request for a refund is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at

Discounted bookings (if applicable)

Only regular priced bookings may be refunded, unfortunately discounted bookings cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

If we receive your request within 30 days you may have your booking transferred to a similar booking of the same price. If a similar booking of the same price is not available you may be offered a refund and you will need to re-book when a similar course becomes available.
